About Mike
Mike founded the company over four decades ago to meet the growing demand for architectural metal roofing products in high-end homes. Nearly 20 years ago, he designed an innovative snow guard that he believes is the strongest on the market. Over time, his mission has evolved to focus on creating more age-friendly job opportunities for his loyal metal artisan installers within the workshop.

About Josh
Josh has been a cornerstone of Salvo Metal Works for 27 years. He began his career with a decade of hands-on job site experience. Over the years, he has advanced to the role of Vice President, where he now oversees operations and leads the technical engineering side of the company’s production. Driven by a deep passion for the industry, Josh is committed to expanding Salvo Metal Works into a nationally recognized brand, trusted by architects and builders for its exceptional architectural metal products.

Abby has been an integral part of Salvo Metal Works since its inception nearly twenty years ago, working alongside Mike at the very beginning. With over 10 years of experience honing her expertise in marketing, leadership, and entrepreneurship, she is dedicated to driving the company’s growth. Her vision is to expand Salvo Metal Works’ national presence, driven by her belief that architects and builders deserve access to SMW’s high-quality, aesthetically functional architectural metal products. Abby is passionate about meeting the industry’s need for top-tier craftsmanship and ensuring SMW’s offerings are available to a wider audience across the country.
